22nd September 2013 – cake and ice cream
The perfect combination. Cherry-ripple flavour, heaped in cold mountains. Chocolate sponge, crumbly and moist. As the crumbs freeze to the snowy peaks, they begin to melt. An avalanche of sweetness finds its way to my spoon.

24th June 2013 – butter icing
The miraculous mixing of fat and icing sugar, it appears in the bowl as the beaters turn. A thick, swirling, rush of delicious sweetness.
