It sits in the valley like condensed milk, heavy and sticky in the cold morning air. Views disappear as if by magic, a whitewashed wall in their place.
It starts out white as a bowl of cream. The machine adds colours – blue, yellow, green, red. Each in exact quantities, calculated to the last millilitre. As it mixes, the perfect blue emerges like magic.
Carefully cut pieces, glue and instructions. All three come together slowly, the shape and movement forming like magic. Following a stranger’s design does not diminish the joy of creation.
